Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.

About

team

A rider can only bring out the best in his horse if he has a trusted and reliable group of professionals supporting him to maintain the right direction.  We collaborate with veterinarians, osteopaths, dentists, blacksmiths, and trainers to develop our horses whilst maintaining optimum health and spirit.

Elisabeth Tepper

Elisabeth started riding at 7, and thanks to her passion for horses, her parents bought a house next to one of the largest Belgian stables to enable her to ride every day. She participated in jumping, dressage and eventing competitions.

Putting horses on hold while studying and starting her professional career, Elisabeth earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and worked for several multinational companies including Mc Kinsey & Cy, ABB Services Worldwide in Belgium and IBM in Belgium as well as IBM’s world headquarters in Armonk, New York.

Elisabeth returned to horses after a ten year hiatus and chose to pursue her interest in dressage. Training with Bénédicte Renson, Nick Van Laer, Claudia Kircheiss and Andrea Muller-Kersten, Elisabeth achieved results in Small Tour competitions with Woody Allen (Winner of the Level 5 Challenge LEWB, participated in CDI of Vierzon and Vidauban) and Karajan (CDI Vidauban). She obtained encouraging results in Young Horses and other classes with Connor (Winner of the 6 Year old Challenge and third of the Level 4 Challenge of the LEWB) and Harriet Houdini (Winner of the 5 Year old, second of the 6 Year old and winner of the Level 4 Challenge of the LEWB).

Today, she is based on a renovated farm from the late XVIIIth Century located south of Brussels. Elisabeth continues to train several dressage horses whilst overseeing the proper operations of the stables.

Camille Durand

Camille has been passionate about horses since early childhood.

From a young age, she knew she wanted to spend her life around them, dedicating herself to their care and well-being so they could thrive. Naturally, she pursued agricultural studies with a specialization in equestrianism. After earning a Bac S.T.A.V. and later a B.T.S. P.A., Camille realized she also longed for more human connection. What better way to bring people and horses together than through teaching?

She went on to earn her B.P.J.E.P.S. certification, allowing her to teach and introduce young children to the joy of horse riding. Watching children build confidence and form bonds with ponies and horses quickly became one of her greatest pleasures.

Professionally, Camille then chose to focus fully on equine well-being. She began her career at the Massa Stud Farm, working as a groom. At the same time, she developed a keen interest in breeding and pursued a license in insemination at Haras du Pin where she oversaw their breeding program.

Eager to expand her skills and explore new challenges, she stepped into the world of show jumping (C.S.O.), first working with Olympic medalist Simon Delestre, then with Jérôme Guéry, also an Olympic medalist. She served as both home and competition groom. Traveling the world with these elite riders and horses was a deeply rewarding experience, offering insight into the care of top-level equine athletes and the inner workings of high-performance teams — always with the shared goal of excellence and nurturing the horse’s full potential and well being.

After these experiences, Camille worked for two private owners, where she enjoyed a more personal and grounded approach to horse care. She eventually joined EMC2, where she now has the opportunity to fully apply her skills, give personalized attention to each horse while still accompanying horses to competitions. This role allows her to stay connected to the sport she loves, without the intense demands and constant international travel of top-level competition, and still take part in competitive events — all while enjoying a more balanced personal life.

Camille is a precious addition to the team, who ensures the welfare, development and happiness of those in her care.

Elvis, Einstein and Edison

Our faithful supporters, they keep a watchful eye on our training, accompany us to competition, greet all visitors and never let go of our hearts!

All three are English Bulldogs; Elvis was born in 2007, Einstein in 2014 and Edison in 2016. Their hobbies include stealing carrots from the horses, playing in the fields and lounging in the sun.

Unfortunately Elvis left us in 2016, but his spirit is still very much present and he remains in our thoughts.
