Unfortunate turn of events

Dressage

On June 27th, Andrea fell off a horse and broke her arm and dislocated her shoulder, requiring surgery and approximately 6 weeks recovery. We wholeheartedly wish her to recuperate quickly and feel better soon.

On Saturday June 29th, she was scheduled to participate in the Third and Final Selection for the World Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo with Di Magic in the 6 Years Old (3 horses competing for 2 places) and Belaggio in the Seven Years Old (4 horses competing for 2 places). No change of rider is authorized during the selection process. As such, the adventure ends for us – this year.

The entire EMC2 Horses team wishes all of the Belgian riders the very best for the Championships; make your horses shine bright and strong and give the best possible performance of beautiful horse(wo)manship! We will be following your progress and be your biggest supporters! 🤩🇧🇪🤩

Dressage is a beautiful discipline; disappointments and deceptions happen. But the Love for the horses and of the sport keeps us motivated and persevering.

Andrea will be back in the saddle whenever she is ready, and Elisabeth will do her best to keep all of the horses in top shape.
